Please note that condensation within properties in Melbourne is common, and this would cause damp and lead to a growth in mould on window frames.
How to avoid:
Open the window to let the moist air out and the fresh air in.
If you see any water built up around the window frame, make sure window is open to improve air circulation.

【寒冷的墨尔本冬天】
最近天气很冷大家也许都门窗紧闭，但请大家注意在你们家的窗户玻璃上面可能有水珠凝结(Condensation)的问题。时间久了水珠就会顺着窗户流下来，这会导致窗边及墙面潮湿、发霉等。
预防&解决的方法：
定时开窗让潮湿的空气流出并让新鲜的空气流入。如果发现有水珠凝结，记得让窗户开着使空气流通。
